Room accommodations, food entertainment, admission costs to events, a band, printing, award plaques, postage, hall rentals, special needs, etc. are all the possible costs which must be factored into your planning.  

Will there be special rates for children under a certain age?  Can you afford outside specialists are you going to supply any souvenirs... all legitimate questions.  a 'yes' answer will of course incur added expenses. 

Obviously, there is little chance of developing an exact estimate for your entire reunion but careful scrutiny (Family Reunion Biz will be extremely helpful here) we'll help in making a realistic estimate.  Always add some 10-15% to cover unexpected costs and general contingencies.

 
 
 
It is very important that you inquire about and make arrangements for any special need among your participants.  
  • Often there are dietary problems to be solved - BEFOREHAND! 
  • Accommodations for physically challenged reunioners, must be addressed.
  • People seeking religious services like to know where to go and how to get there.  
  • Additionally, travel arrangements can also be tricky or complex.
